december 5, 2010 at 8pm

Uruguayan photographer, Sub.Coop member, living in France, Martin Barzilai works as a freelance photographer and collaborates with european and latinamerican medias. He’ll present his essays «Refuzniks» (a sight on the lives of young israeli people refusing to join the army) and «ELN. Colombia: the unknown guerilla» (an overview of the area controlled by the National Liberation Army). Zmâla (which means «family» in arab) is a photographic magazine published in France and produced entirely by photographers collectives from 24 countries. Though its pages one can found a deep interest on documentary photography and the diffusion of the work of photographers collectives. On the screening: photo essays and history of the project.
