Neither man nor woman, transvestite

In 2003, the "Gondolín" was only a pension for transvestites seeking a place to live and work in Buenos Aires. The old house had a single hand of blue paint and serious infrastructure problems but was one of the only hotels that received them. Many came from their provinces with hard stories of discrimination and find in that place a refuge and a space of identification. The community that began to create at that time led to those who would then civil association "the Gondolín " and the hotel as a space of struggle and transvestite claim.
